1. Working principle of road sweeper
The road sweeper is equipped with four brushes, with a rear suction nozzle. The left and right front brushes concentrate the garbage in the corner from the outside to the inside, sweeping towards the range that the middle brush can reach. The middle brush sweeps the garbage to the front of the suction nozzle, and the garbage is sucked into the garbage bin by the suction nozzle for storage. In order to reduce the secondary dust pollution during the cleaning process, the road sweeper is equipped with water nozzles above the left and right front sweepers to generate spray for dust suppression.
2. Applicable environment for road sweeper
Due to the fact that the road sweeper only generates water mist through the water spray nozzle above the sweeping disc during cleaning, and there is no filtration system inside the box, some dust will be discharged from the fan outlet to generate secondary dust pollution. So road sweepers are more suitable for places with less dust on the road surface, such as urban main roads, highways, ring roads, airports, docks, etc. They are not suitable for places with too much dust on the road surface, such as cement plants and coal plants.
